Our founder Jill Zinner launched Premier Search in 1989
Jill began her career in the late 1960s as a consultant recruiter and advanced to manage ten offices. She managed the Apple One Thousand Oaks office, emphasizing integrity and positivity. Her expertise in the game development sector covers talent acquisition for programmers, designers, executives, and marketers across various gaming markets. Jill cherishes working with innovative minds and aims to foster friendships and relationships while helping individuals advance.

Eric has been a project leader, educator, and mentor, serving as president of the International Game Developers Association in Detroit and leading Global Game Jam in Michigan. He has been on the boards of the Independent Filmmakers Alliance and Voices behind Walls. With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Eric has managed large production teams, provided strategic consulting to CEOs, and has expertise in fundraising and connecting with VCs. He is a published author on technology and gaming and has taught game production at various universities.
